Serving as the Director of Hockey Operations and Head Instructor for Elite Hockey Skills Inc since 1999, Pat brings a wealth of experience and teaching knowledge. He is the current Hockey Program Coordinator for Peak Hockey and his past experiences include working with many elite teams, athletes and coaches. As program coordinator for the Elite Hockey Program, Pat has supported specific on-ice training methods that develop specific energy systems, muscle groups, angles and balance points to enhance skating and hockey skill performance and conditioning. He continues to promote a strong structural base for the Elite and Peak Hockey Programs, focusing on skill development, mental, physical, nutritional and ethical aspects of the game. His programs specialize in a Skill Based Approach to learning and development and he is a nationally certified coach in the High Performance Stream with Canadian Hockey.  Pat has served as a professional hockey skills and skating coach for over 10 years and has coached for over a decade from Initiation to Junior "A" throughout Eastern Ontario and the Ottawa Valley. He is a former Coach and Director of Player Development in the Central Junior "A" Hockey League and has Tier II Junior "A" playing experience along with "Speak Out" Program Certification with Hockey Canada.

Pat is currently the Head Coach and General Manager with the Kemptville 73's CJHL Junior "A" Hockey Club.

coach of the Ottawa University GeeGee's and Goaltending Program Coordinator for Peak Hockey.Andrew’s past experiences include attending The University of Vermont on a Full Hockey Scholarship. He enjoyed a successful five year career as a professional hockey player, under contract with the Ottawa Senators and the Florida Panthers, Andrew has also played for Binghamton, Providence, Hershey, Grand Rapids, and Utah of the American Hockey League as well as Dayton, Jackson, Macon, and Trenton of the East Coast Hockey League. Andrew recently culminated his playing career by winning the Kelly Cup Championship with the Trenton Titans of the ECHL in 2005. Andrew has more than a decade of coaching experience focusing on the development and progression of netminders and is passionate about seeing young driven individuals reach their full potential. Having excelled in hockey at all levels; Andrew has the knowledge and experience to provide goaltenders with the tools to succeed at a very unique position in sports.
